These Terms govern your use of Brushline, a booking platform provided by Brushline(trading as Brushline) ("Brushline", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
Brushline and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with your subscription plan. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Paddle will appear on your billing statement.
Payment, billing, taxes, currency, invoicing, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app; cancellation stops future renewals.

We strive to keep Brushline available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance, change features, or impose reasonable usage limits.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may cancel your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brushline is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
