This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Brushline subscriptions made by Brushline ("we", "us"), trading as Brushline.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Brushline, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, please visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@brushline.com and we will assist you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund eligibility for past charges is governed by the 30-day window above.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
